Fire Damages School Workshop

Cleveland Press, JUN 23 1969

A fire, apparently set by vandals, caused $500 worth of damage to a workshop at St. Emeric School, 1890 W. 22d St., today.

Assistant Fire Chief John Eble said cellophane wrappers from cigarette packs had been strewn around the floor of the workshop and set a fire. The damage was confined to the floor of the workshop.

The cigarette wrappers are used in crafts sessions with retarded children.
